StarTronix Joint Venture to Go Global

COSTA MESA —  StarTronix International Inc., a marketer of telecommunications technologies, said Friday that it hopes to get its products into the global marketplace through a new joint venture with a Georgia company.

That firm is Clarion Resources Communications Corp., an affiliate of Telenor Global Services, the international unit of Norway’s national telephone company.

StarTronix said that, under the joint venture, it will receive access to Telenor’s resources and expertise as well as access to Clarion and Telenor products to sell through the StarTronix network of distributors. In exchange, Clarion will receive StarTronix’s marketing and technological services.
