ICU Medical Inc.: The San Clemente maker of medical connectors said net income for the second quarter totaled $1.3 million, or 16 cents a share, compared with net income of $1.3 million, or 14 cents a share, a year ago. Sales were up 18% to $7.2 million from $6.1 million. Net income for the first half declined 10% to $2.6 million, or 32 cents a share, from $2.9 million, or 32 cents a share, for the first six months of 1996. Sales gained 15% to $14 million from $12.2 million.
