Farmers Market Also on Saturdays in August
In addition to the downtown farmers market each Thursday, a Saturday evening event will take place through August, also offering farm-fresh vegetables and fruits and free concerts.
The Saturday market, including handmade crafts and other items, will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. The concerts are from 5 to 7 p.m. with a new band performing each week.
The market and concert are on Center Street Promenade, between Clementine and Lemon streets. Area businesses, including eateries and a coffeehouse, are open during the market hours.
The Thursday market is from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and also includes free concerts.
