Bolsa Chica Group Fills Education Post
Adrianne Morrison has been named education director of the Bolsa Chica Conservancy, a nonprofit group formed in 1990 to foster restoration, research and education regarding the Bolsa Chica wetlands.
“Adrianne will be a fine addition to our conservancy program of education about the functions and values of coastal wetlands,” conservancy Chairman Peter Green said.
Morrison has served as executive director of Amigos de Bolsa Chica, and was a conservancy board member until she resigned that spot to take her new part-time position.
Morrison, also a founding member of Bolsa Chica Conservancy, said her first goal will be to train more volunteer hosts for the conservancy’s interpretive center.
