X-TRAORDINARY
When I first came across your cover story on David Duchovny (“Far Out Man,” by Carla Hall, Oct. 26), I immediately thought “Here we go again, just another rich, self-absorbed, whining personal bio of another television-to-big-screen guy who made it.”
Wow, was I wrong! Duchovny turns out to be an insightful, interesting and thoughtful guy who is not afraid to speak freely about his life and, more important, the show business “secret world” that few dare to take on.
Duchovny seems to be one of Hollywood’s good guys, not so far removed from the truth-seeking good guy we see each week on “The X-Files.”
