Mayor’s Roundtable Reviews Street Plan
After more than 10 years that have included countless studies, numerous rounds of debate and more than its share of special commissions, the revitalization of Thousand Oaks Boulevard has taken another, albeit small, step forward.
Representatives from the West Boulevard Business Group, an alliance of boulevard business and property owners, met with the Mayor’s Business Roundtable on Tuesday to update the city on their progress.
Last month, the group received unanimous support from the City Council, which decided to dedicate city staff to assist the group.
Members from the city’s Boulevard Redevelopment Team have been fine-tuning a draft proposal written by the group. Duntley said she expects the plan to go through several rounds of revision.
