Dense-Pac Ups Income

GARDEN GROVE —  Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc., a designer and manufacturer of memory products, reported net income of $507,202, or 3 cents a share, for its fiscal second quarter ended Aug. 31.

For the similar quarter last year, it posted a net loss of $372,306, or 2 cents a share. Quarterly revenue increased 28% to $4.6 million from $3.6 million.

For the first six months, Dense-Pac lost $191,099, or 1 cent a share, compared with a year-earlier loss of $226,976, or 1 cent a share. Revenue grew 4% to $8 million from $7.7 million.
