Iraq Continues to Hide Arms, U.N. Says

UNITED NATIONS — Iraq continues to conceal the scope of its biological weapons program and has failed to account for its missiles that can deliver the deadly agents, a U.N. report said Thursday.
The report criticized Iraq for failing to provide any new detailed information. It also said Iraq’s disclosures of its weapons capability and missiles, as well as its claim that its biological program was destroyed in 1991, were “incomplete and inadequate.”
