Reader Was Truly Touched by a Story
To those of us who “live and die” with our sports teams, “Touched by an Andrew” [Aug. 3] by T.J. Simers is as powerful a wake-up call to the real world that our sports heroes sometimes face as I ever want to encounter. One would truly have to possess the proverbial heart of stone to not be moved by the agony of the Rypien family. Let’s all hope for the miracle.
