StarBase Adds Ohio Executive Caccamo to Board
Frank R. Caccamo has joined the board of StarBase Corp. in Santa Ana. He is vice president and chief information officer at Reynolds and Reynolds, a Dayton, Ohio-based provider of integrated information management systems and related services to automotive and general business markets.
* John Wright has been named vice president of marketing for Rosemount Analytical Inc.’s Uniloc division in Irvine. He joined the division in 1993 as director of marketing.
* Howard F. Bovers has been elected to the board of directors of Gish Biomedical Inc. in Irvine. He is president of Bradford Trading Co., based in Vero Beach, Fla.
* Patrick Patterson has been appointed executive vice president in charge of Catellus Residential Group’s Public/Private Ventures division in Irvine. He succeeds Stephen Kuptz, who is leaving the company to start his own nonprofit development company. Patterson had been chief financial officer.
* Hank McCaffrey has been named executive vice president and chief credit officer for Eldorado Bank in Tustin. He had been a senior vice president of Union Bank of California, at which he managed the underwriting group for commercial banking units in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. In addition, Elsa Monte has been appointed vice president and fair lending officer. She previously has served as community reinvestment officer with Comerica Bank in Costa Mesa, Quaker City Federal Bank and Union Federal Bank.
* Kenneth C. Cleveland has joined American Security Distribution in Anaheim. He was formerly chief executive at Car Quest in Buena Park, an automotive parts distributor, and chief executive of Birtcher Medical Systems in Irvine.
* Joseph Cervantes has been appointed executive vice president of operations at R.D. Olson Construction in Irvine. He joined the company in 1985 as a project manager.
* Pat DeMicco is the new executive vice president of merchandising for Shopping.com in Corona del Mar. DeMicco has been with Shopping.com the past year, most recently as senior vice president of merchandising. He previously held senior positions with Home Depot Inc.
