Bergen Brunswig Gets $350-Million Contract
Bergen Brunswig Corp. said it has received an extended five-year contract, valued at more than $350 million, to provide drugs to M.D. Anderson cancer center in Houston. Previously, Bergen and M. D. Anderson announced a $50-million partnership under which Bergen will provide medical-surgical supplies to Anderson’s 40 patient-care areas and 13 off-site clinical research laboratories.
