Beginning early next year, about 3,700 homeowners in the Bryant Ranch portion of the Yorba Linda Water District--who technically live in “Improvement District No. 2”--will see a drop in their property taxes.
District President Sterling Fox estimated that the homeowners will see an annual property tax decrease of $40 to $120, depending on the value of their homes. The decrease comes after the district refinanced general obligation bonds.
