City Council Honors Police Officer

Police Officer Andrew Dean has been recognized by the City Council as an outstanding employee.

Dean began his career with the city in 1990 as a reserve police officer and four years later was hired full-time.

His supervisors commended his willingness to accept new and difficult assignments. Dean also has received a number of citizen commendations.
