Update--In a league where 6-foot-4 and 6-5 women dominate, the ABL’s shortest player, 5-3 Debbie Black, could be the difference in this best-of-three opening round of the playoffs. Black’s aggressive, up-tempo floor game and hustle have been the difference in a lot of Xplosion victories. She finished as the ABL leader in turnovers-to-assists ratio, with 268 assists to go with 130 turnovers. Long Beach point Andrea Nagy finished third, 273 to 151. Colorado finished last in the league in rebounding, Long Beach first. But the Xplosion was first in three-point shooting, 39.6%; Long Beach was eighth, 33.7%.
