Man Arrested After Gun Fired at Group
An 18-year-old Simi Valley man was in the Ventura County Jail on Wednesday on suspicion of firing several rounds from a handgun at a group of gang members.
Raymond Romero, who police say is a member of a rival gang, jumped out of a car about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Bonita Drive and fired on the group of gang members standing in front of a home, a Simi Valley Police Department spokesman said.
No one was injured in the shooting.
