Taiwanese Director Buys 20,000 Shares of Interlink
George Gu of Taipei, Taiwan, a director of Interlink Electronics in Camarillo, has purchased 20,000 shares of the company’s common stock.
As a result of the transaction, Gu owns 176,119 Interlink shares, or 3.4% of the company. A form reporting the transaction has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interlink Electronics designs and manufactures computer pointing products, including retail desktop input devices, wireless keyboards, hand-held remote controls with mouse capability, mouse buttons and pointing sticks.
The company maintains offices in Camarillo and Tokyo.
