* Aetna Inc. received notice that a 748-member physicians group will leave its health maintenance network in Texas unless it improves performance in several areas. The nonprofit Genesis Physicians Practice Assn. said Aetna hasn’t provided accurate and timely business and financial information and that it has paid some of its claims incorrectly or too slowly.
