Darwin
Re your Feb. 27 article about the new support for Einstein’s theory of repulsive force in our universe: In the early 1900s the assumption that the universe was unchanging and eternal was so widely accepted that even Einstein preferred to change his equation rather than accept what it told him about the repulsive force. Now, there is more evidence to support what scientists have known for over a decade about our expanding universe.
Charles Darwin had predicted the general theory of relativity a half-century prior to Einstein actually developing it. Reading your article, I wondered, is that to say that Darwinism, too, might one day gain support and that it will be proved that Darwin’s theory of evolution has been right all along?
