Ryan Forehan-Kelly
Santa Margarita, Senior; Basketball/Forward
Forehan-Kelly led a balanced attack to help the Eagles earn their first trip to the state final with three victories last week in the Southern California regionals. Forehan-Kelly averaged 15 points, scoring a team-high 20 points in a regional semifinal victory over Redondo Beach Redondo Union, 68-60.
Chad Chop/Baseball/Pitcher
* Tustin, senior. In the semifinals of the Newport Elks tournament, pitched a no-hitter with six strikeouts in beating Esperanza, the defending Southern Section Division I champions, 8-0.
Blair Lucas/Baseball/Catcher
* El Toro, senior. Had nine runs batted in, five hits, five runs scored, and threw out two runners in three games at the Loara Tournament.
Travis Nelson/Volleyball/Setter
* Newport Harbor, senior. Named tournament MVP after leading Sailors to the San Diego Tournament of Champions title.
