The construction is the second phase of a $1.1-million project to improve drainage in the area. The project is funded by a special federal grant to help prevent infrastructure damage by El Nin~o storms.
The project began March 18 and is expected to end in mid-June. Information: (714) 379-9222, Ext. 204.
