Max Wallick

Corona del Mar, Senior; Golf

Wallick has started the Sea View League season strong, helping Corona del Mar win two matches, including an upset of then top-ranked Santa Margarita, 197-200. Wallick shot a two-under 33 at Newport Beach Country Club against Santa Margarita and also shot a one-under 35 at Oak Creek in a victory over Irvine, 184-198.

Scott Carr/Baseball/Outfield

* Mission Viejo, senior. Hit game-winning, two-run home run in the top of the eighth in 3-1 victory over San Clemente.

Tony Serna/Baseball/Catcher

* Rancho Alamitos, senior. Caught the first six innings, then pitched the final two to earn the victory. He also hit the game-winning home run in the top of the eighth of a 9-8 victory over Santiago.

Matt Wendt/Volleyball/Outside hitter

* Huntington Beach, sophomore. Had 21 kills and 24 digs in upset of then second-ranked Corona del Mar, 15-12, 4-15, 7-15, 15-11, 15-7.
