Gampel to Play With Torrance Symphony
American pianist Alan Gampel will play Ravel’s Concerto in G with the Torrance Symphony on May 30 at 8 p.m. at the Armstrong Theatre, 3330 Civic Center Drive, Torrance.
Conductor Frank Fetta has also programmed Debussy’s “Children’s Corner” Suite, Mozart’s “Paris” Symphony (No. 31) and Ibert’s Divertissement at this concert, which he calls “French Impressions.”
