In the Century League:
Canyon 10, Foothill 8--John Nguyen won, 6-4, 6-0, 6-0, and Scott Diem also won, 6-2, 6-2, 6-1, for Canyon (11-6, 7-1), which moved into a tie for first with Foothill (10-6, 7-1).
In the Empire League:
Cypress 15 1/2, Loara 5 1/2--Navin Kumar and David Kim swept in doubles, 6-2, 6-2, as Cypress clinched the league title. Kumar also won in singles, 6-0. The Centurions are 16-3, 9-0.
In the Freeway League:
No. 5 Sunny Hills 14, Sonora 4--Joseph Kao won for Sunny Hills, 6-0, 6-0, 6-0. Teammate Richard Kim swept, 6-0, 6-1, 6-3. Sunny Hills is 12-3, 8-0.
La Habra 9, Buena Park 9 (La Habra wins on games, 71-70)--Steve Beerfeldt led La Habra (4-11, 1-7), winning his singles sets, 6-1, 6-4, 6-1.
In the Garden Grove League:
Garden Grove 14, Santiago 4--Kevin Kim swept his singles matches, 6-0, 6-0, 6-1 to lead host Garden Grove (11-6, 10-0).
In the Golden West League:
No. 10 Servite 17, Ocean View 1--Ryan Moore and Brock Heimann won every game in singles. Phillip Alpas and Albert Fernandez won in doubles, 6-0, 6-2, 7-5. Servite is 17-2, 10-0.
Saddleback 9, Santa Ana 9 (Saddleback wins in games, 72-68)--Rafael Nieto won, 7-5, in the third round of singles to tie the match score, 9-9, for visiting Saddleback (12-5, 8-2). Santana Ung and Bruce Thai swept in doubles, 6-1, 6-1, 6-0, for Saddleback. Santa Ana is 13-7, 5-5.
In the Pacific Coast League:
No. 6 Aliso Niguel 15, Laguna Hills 3--Chris Kan swept, 6-1, 6-0, 6-4, as Aliso Niguel finished the season undefeated at 17-0, 10-0 in league. Jefferson King also won, 6-0, 6-0, 6-1.
Laguna Hills finishes 6-19, 4-6 in league.
In the South Coast League:
No. 2 Dana Hills 13, No. 9 Capistrano Valley 5--Brian Kent remained unbeaten this season for Dana Hills (16-0, 7-0) with a 6-3, 6-2, 6-1 victory.
