Six wines with six courses make up the dinner Sunday night at the Hobbit in Orange. The evening’s wines include 1986 Dunn Cabernet and 1992 Dolce, both from magnums, as well as 1995 Hartford Court Pinot Noir and 1995 Markham Merlot “Reserve.”
