GARDEN GROVE
As part of a $7-million plaza renovation, the city recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a 16-screen Regal Cinemas movie theater complex at the Promenade Shopping Center, Brookhurst Street and Chapman Avenue. The 64,000-square-foot development will feature 3,240 seats, digital sound and stadium design. The renovation will include two restaurants, shops and improved lighting.
