Officers responded to the H Mart Discount Store at 215 W. Pleasant Valley Road about 3 a.m. and found three men loading clothes into the Bronco, Oxnard Police Officer Ramiro Holguin said.

The store’s glass front door had been shattered and padlocks on a security gate had been forced open with bolt cutters.

Ramirez was arrested at the scene after falling off the Bronco’s rear bumper as the vehicle pulled away, police said.
