Calabasas 33, Verbum Dei 0--Matt Lowenstein caught two 23-yard touchdown passes in the first half, and the Coyotes romped at Calabasas.

Calabasas (8-2-1) amassed 355 yards, 298 of which came in the first half as the Coyotes raced to a 30-0 lead.

Dallas Enoch, who completed six of 12 passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns, opened the scoring with a one-yard sneak on the Coyotes’ second possession. After the first Enoch to Lowenstein touchdown pass, defensive back John Shaff returned an interception 43 for a score.

Matt Bernstein kicked a 45-yard field goal to end the first half. He added a 31-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter.

Mike Armacost of Calabasas rushed for 80 yards in 16 carries. Teammate Shawn Abdi added 54 yards in 11 carries, and Bryan Jones carried seven times for 49 yards as Calabasas piled up 255 yards rushing.

Verbum Dei (6-4) drove to the Calabasas nine-yard line late in the third quarter, but Evan Rosenblum intercepted a pass in the end zone.
