Chapman Women Roll Past Carleton

Although there were only five players who scored for host Chapman, it was still enough as four of the five players were in double figures to help lead Chapman to a 56-48 women’s basketball victory over Carleton (Minn.) College on Wednesday at Chapman.

Shamekia Perkins had 17 points to lead Chapman. Teammates Trista King had 14 points, Lyndsay Brown 11 and Stephanie Flaxbeard had 10 points, two assists and four blocked shots. Chapman remains undefeated at 4-0.
