How helpful of Michael Walsh to write a book in which he puts “kind of a frame” around “Casablanca” (“Here’s Looking at More ‘Casablanca,’ ” Oct. 7).

Obviously the incomplete nature of the film explains its lack of popularity over the years. I can hardly wait for Walsh to put “kind of a frame” around the Mona Lisa explaining why she is smiling.
