3 Fugitives Sought by Sheriff’s Department
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating three fugitives wanted for crimes ranging from vandalism to murder.
Manuel Alejandro Vasquez, also known as Manny Vasquez, is wanted in the June 13 slaying of restaurant owner Felipe Arambula. Arambula was fatally shot in his home on Monte Vista Street in Ventura. Two suspects are in custody.
A federal warrant has been issued charging Vasquez, 20, with flight to avoid prosecution, deputies said.

Sought in a separate case, Derek Allen Royce, 30, was convicted of possessing drugs, carrying a concealed gun in his car, resisting arrest and vandalism. He failed to comply with his probation and two warrants have been issued, authorities said.
His last known address was in the 2200 block of McDonald Street in Simi Valley. Royce is 5 feet 9, 165 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Also being sought is Jose Jesus Oseguera, 27, on suspicion of vandalism. Oseguera also has violated the terms of his probation on charges of domestic violence and drug possession, deputies said. There are warrants issued for his arrest.
Oseguera last lived on Isleton Place in Oxnard. He is 5 feet 7, 210 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
