A local singer-songwriter plans to raise funds for Kosovo refugees by donating proceeds from a tune recorded Wednesday to the American Red Cross. Singer Steve Gooden of Costa Mesa recorded “Let Them Be Free” at the Adamos Recording Studio on Westminster Boulevard as a tribute to the three captured American soldiers. The song will be produced and manufactured by 2KMusic Co., based in Orange, and will be available for order at the company’s Web site, https://www.2K2good.com.
