The City Council will meet Wednesday to consider hiring Wolf, Keens & Co. to conduct a $70,000 feasibility study for turning Casa Romantica into a cultural center. Half of the cost will be paid for by the Orange County Community Foundation. The foundation, funded by an anonymous $1-million donation, was set up for the preservation of Casa Romantica, the original home of town founder Ole Hanson.
