South County Senior Services is offering a free training session for people interested in assisting elderly and disabled people.
Church and temple representatives also were invited to the seminar. The lecture will include tips on how congregations can better serve their older members.
Experts will demonstrate techniques on moving elderly and disabled people from cars and around the house.
The seminar is from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Florence Sylvester Memorial Senior Center, 24300 El Toro Road, Building A, Suite 2000.
