SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council has approved updating its 8-year-old earthquake plan to improve the way an Emergency Operations Center operates after a major quake. L.E. McKeough, the city’s emergency planner, said he would reevaluate the plan and present the modifications at a future council meeting.
