El Segundo-based Peerless Systems Corp., a maker of embedded imaging systems, said Chief Financial Officer Hoshi Printer has resigned to become chief financial officer of Irvine-based Autobytel.com, an Internet-based service for new and used vehicle purchasing and leasing.
