Mission San Juan Capistrano is forming an Archival Society to preserve and display its extensive collection of historic artifacts. The Archival Society will prepare exhibits, give lectures, maintain a research library, and clean and repair artifacts such as books, saddles, clothing and firearms from the 1776-1821 period.
