T.J. Thinks He Can Write Headlines Too

I think your writer, T.J. Simers, [“The Ed Zone,” Jan. 9] would be surprised to find out that thousands of people are Ed McCaffrey fans for the very same reasons that he isn’t.

In his narcissistic comparison of himself and Mr. McCaffrey, Mr. Simers fails to recognize that they can never be equals because of the one thing McCaffrey has that he doesn’t--a heart.
