The City Council will discuss the location for the proposed Northwood Library at its Jan. 26 meeting. The leading site is near the Irvine Ranch Headquarters Historical Park. The council also will consider plans for a 24-hour service station and an accompanying building in Culver Plaza, at Culver and Irvine Center drives. Information: (949) 724-6205.
