SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
The City Council tonight will consider adopting a resolution opposing interim air cargo flights from El Toro Marine Corps Air Station. Several South County cities oppose an airport at El Toro because of jet noise and traffic concerns. The council meets at 7 p.m. at 32400 Paseo Adelanto. Information: (949) 493-1171.
