LAKE FOREST
The city redevelopment agency reported issuing about 25 permits last month, increasing the assessed property value of the area by $97,675. Most of the permits were for various tenant improvements, roof repairs, signs, a retaining wall and a patio enclosure. Also included was the demolition of a Shell gas station this month at El Toro Road and Swartz Drive. Information: (949) 461-3400.
