Problem Neighbors

* Re “A Sunny Street’s Shady Side,” July 23: I couldn’t believe it at first. I had to go back and read it again to be sure. Let me get this straight--your neighbor is accused of attempting to import more than 60 tons of hashish into the U.S. and the anger you feel toward him is because he allowed weeds to grow on his property.

At first I gasped, then I laughed like hell! Man, the rich really are different.
