Surgery for Yankees’ Nelson

New York Yankee reliever Jeff Nelson, already on the disabled list because of inflammation of his right elbow, will undergo arthroscopic surgery Tuesday.
Nelson was put on the disabled list before Friday’s game against the New York Mets, marking the second time he has been on it this season. He was on the disabled list from May 3-21 because of the same injury.
