Man Finds Wife and Daughter Slain, Son Missing
An Upland man returned home early Saturday to find his wife and 9-year-old daughter dead and his 14-year-old son and family car missing, authorities said.
Police would not describe how the wife and daughter were killed, but they said a gun was missing from the ransacked home.
The father, who was not identified, found another son, a 6-year-old boy, asleep and unhurt when he arrived home about 3 a.m., police said.
Police would not identify the victims, but said the missing boy is Paul Yum. The missing car is a white 1997 Mercedes Benz S500 with license plate number 3UBF245.
