Westminster High School’s 39th annual commencement ceremony starts at 5 p.m. today, with 482 seniors expected to receive diplomas. The gates to Boswell Stadium, next to the school at 14325 Goldenwest St., open at 4:15 p.m. The ceremony will feature speeches by class president Ann Cao, valedictorian Minh Luu and students Katie Richey, Lacy Hauxhurst, Kelly Slater and Hanna Lee. The national anthem will be sung by senior Sarah Heck. Tickets are required, but some standing room may be available.
