Credit Card Banks Miss Moral Point
One thing that really struck me in “Charges Are Flying Over Card Pitches” [June 15] was the response you quoted from attorneys for Chevy Chase Bank, who stated they do not believe the bank broke any state or federal laws.
They just don’t get it, do they? This whole thing is not about what’s legal; it’s about what’s moral.
