The YMCA Indian Guides--a group comparable to the Boy Scouts--aims to build stronger relationships between fathers and sons. To that end, members will host a Pinewood Derby on Saturday: On a wooden track, dads and sons will race miniature cars. Organizers intend the 11 a.m. event at the Buena Park Mall to give fathers and sons time to bond. “Dads sometimes get too busy, and this makes them do some activities with their kids,” organizer Nelson Lugo said.
