Henry A. Kissinger, former national security advisor and secretary of state, will be at the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace on April 19 to speak about the Kosovo conflict and sign his new book, “Years of Renewal,” about the Cold War and the years that have followed. The lecture will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a book signing at 2 p.m. Tickets cost $20 for the lecture, with library members getting a $2 discount. An autographed copy of the book will cost $41.95; cost to library members will be $35.95.
