* Chancellor Media Corp. said it may sell its billboard operations, just a year after entering the business with two purchases totaling $1.5 billion, in a move to reduce debt and boost its stock price. The radio broadcaster, which is controlled by Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Inc., is abandoning its strategy of combining radio, television and billboard advertising for customers.
