Citizen Legislator
* If Assemblyman Peter Frusetta (California Dateline, May 18), the “cowboy-hat-wearing Republican from Hollister” who bragged about “chasing coyotes, roping them, cutting off their ears and releasing them,” is an example of a “citizen legislator” who “speaks plainly and does not worry about offending the P.C. crowd,” bring back the professional politician.
