Those interested in receiving free water-saving toilets from Anaheim Public Utilities can get them from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at 2722 Walnut Ave. in Tustin. Recycling of old toilets will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of Katella High School, 1325 W. Katella Ave., Anaheim.
